While we do not answer the phone during sessions, we make every effort to return your call as soon as possible during the week. On weekends, messages may not be returned until the following Monday. We are committed to setting up an initial appointment soon after your call.

Dr. Jacobs will schedule an emergency referral within twenty-four hours if at all possible. If you have an emergency and your therapist is not able to get back to you quickly or is out-of-town, please call 911 or Morristown Memorial Hospital hotline at 973-540-0100.

We do not participate in most networks. Payment is expected at the first session. You will receive a bill made out for insurance purposes which you can submit to your carrier for reimbursement. The New Jersey law now provides that insurance companies have to reimburse at the same percentage for non-providers whether it is for medical or mental health services.
